Product Overview

UHPC Thin Composite Slab

UHPC Thin Composite Slab is a new-generation precast structural floor system composed of an ultra-thin UHPC precast base and cast-in-place composite layer. It solves the heavy weight, thick thickness and slow construction pain points of traditional precast slabs, realizing ultra-thin structure, self-formwork, fast assembly and high structural safety for modern prefabricated buildings.

Product Description

UHPC Thin Composite Slab is a prefabricated composite floor system built with ultra-high performance concrete. Compared with conventional cast-in-place composite slabs, the UHPC precast base achieves lighter self-weight and thinner thickness, eliminating temporary formwork on site while delivering excellent crack resistance and structural durability..

Traditional composite slabs demand heavy on-site wet work, thick layers and complex support systems, limiting clear floor height and extending construction schedules. Our UHPC thin composite slab shortens assembly cycles, reduces overall building loads, leaves smooth bottom surfaces ready for finishing, and fits residential, commercial and prefabricated construction projects.
